About Lis

 

With over 14 years of experience in healthcare within the military, I have experience in complex rehabilitation for neurological and trauma injuries, this included sporting injuries, strokes and injuries from operations. I have also worked in community physiotherapy assisting patients post operatively and  generally to improve mobility.I hold a HNC in soft tissue therapy (sports massage) and a  HND in sports therapy. My long-term goal is to become a physiotherapist and expand my business as I go. Let me know if you need any further assistance!

Our rehabilitation program is designed to help you recover from injuries and surgeries. We offer a combination of massage, manual therapy, tests, and exercise plans that are tailored to your specific needs. Whether have shoulder, hip, knee, or ankle joint issues or muscular, tendon, or ligament tears, we can help you build up strength in your tissues. It would consist of a block of 6 treatments and you can have an initial appointment first to see if this suits your needs. This massage is focused on the gastrocnemius, soleus and plantaris muscles located in the lower half of the leg, with some focus on achilles tendon and muscles both top and sole of the feet. calf and foot massage aims to relieve muscle tightness  to enable improved range of motion and tissue flexibility, enabling better quality movement from the feet up. 

This massage is for those who spend a lot of time on their feet, or are training for an event.
